Sales Associate

Position Overview:

As a Sales Associate at Aniruddha Innovatives, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
You will interact directly with customers, helping them find the right products, addressing their needs, and ultimately ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Listen attentively to customers' needs, providing guidance and assistance in product selection.

Create a comfortable and inviting shopping environment, encouraging customer interaction.

 

Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of our products, their features, benefits, and applications.

Educate customers about product specifications, usage, and advantages.

Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and product availability.

 

Sales and Upselling:

Present products effectively, highlighting their value proposition.

Utilize persuasive selling techniques to encourage purchases and upsell related products.

Offer alternatives and recommendations when a desired product is unavailable.

 

Customer Relationship Management:

Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.

Address inquiries, concerns, and issues in a prompt and professional manner.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

 

Operational Support:

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Contribute to inventory management, restocking shelves, and arranging displays.

Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and maintain cash registers.

 

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and store sales targets.

Share insights and feedback with the team to improve overall customer experience.

 

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and strong customer focus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Basic computer skills for point-of-sale and inventory systems.

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
